For dinner, we went to a restaurant upstairs on Portland Street in Mong Kok called "Nagasakayaki". Next, there are various types of tempura fried to golden crispy: 🍤"Shrimp Roll" is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sweetness of the shrimp meat blooms in your mouth. 🦪「Hiroshima Oysters with Perilla Leaves」 The sweetness of the oyster meat and the aroma of the perilla leaves interweave in your mouth, leaving you with an endless aftertaste. 🍄🟫「Maitake Tempura」 Maitake has a rich aroma and a crispy texture. When made into tempura, it can highlight the deliciousness of maitake.
