Enjoy Thai weekend brunch, a break from the busy schedule

The brunch menu I ordered includes appetizer, salad🥗, main course, side and dessert. Add $48 for a clay pot crabmeat and shark fin soup for two people to share; and those who like to drink alcohol can also add $99 for two hours of Italian sparkling wine and red and white wine🥂 ✝️ Appetizer platter There’s fresh bacon with Thai spicy sauce, vanilla butter baked scallops and charcoal-grilled river shrimp. The bacon is cut into granules, easy to enter and crisp and tender; peel off the garlic, herbs and other marinade to see the large fresh and sweet shrimp are very attractive 🌿, the delicious river shrimp full of charcoal aroma and a little shrimp paste, dipped in homemade Thai sour and spicy sauce is perfect😋 ✝️Salad I thought I was eating green papaya salad🥗, but when I tried it, it turned out to be crispy catfish green mango salad🥭. The green mango is slightly sour and refreshing. Mix it with the crispy catfish next to it. It's even more delicious. The taste is quite rich and appetizing👍 ✝️Main course For the main course, I ordered the signature Northern Thai grilled chicken (half) and yellow curry seafood🍛, and also ordered a white rice and French bread🥖. The master used a common practice in northern Thailand to make this grilled chicken, using bamboo clips to secure the whole chicken, then apply malt sugar, wheat sugar and other Thai spices🌱, grilled over charcoal until slightly golden brown and cut into pieces. The curry is fragrant but not spicy, and you won't feel greasy if you eat too much. It also contains shrimp🦐, squid🦑, mussels and other seafood. It's great for curry dipping or mixed with rice👏 ✝️ Dessert platter Finally, this platter has mango glutinous rice, banana layer cake and coconut sago dessert.
