There are many types of Japanese food, but my favorite is definitely Teppanyaki. Watching the chefs flying with shovels, serving hot and spicy dishes, watching the performance while eating, it is a double enjoyment. Today we went to the [Long Tei] Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant in Jordan. There were not many seats but it was full of customers. Fortunately, we made a reservation in advance. The restaurant offers multiple Teppanyaki Omakase set meals. We ordered one each for 788 (seven courses) and 588 (five courses). [Signature salad] is smoked salmon salad. The smoked salmon is wrapped in fresh salad vegetables, with black fish roe on top. When dipped in the black vinegar sauce, it is sour, sweet and fresh. There are tomatoes and dragon fruit on the side, which is enough to appetize. The seven-course meal includes [appetizer]. Tonight is the Lanwang Hot Spring Egg, which contains white truffle and caviar. It has a soft and smooth texture and is full of egg flavor. [Two items of teppanyaki seafood] There are four types of seafood in the two sets. My favorite is the scallops, which are delicious with black truffle garlic butter sauce. The white eel is also quite good, the fish skin is oily, the texture is springy and the meat is tender. The rest of the abalone and scallops are also thick and large, quite high quality. There is also butterfly pea flower bubbles as a companion dish, which gives the feeling of the ocean. After eating seafood, eat meat. The Australian beef tenderloin is large and juicy. The Miyagi Prefecture's thick-cut black pork steak is delicious and sweet, and can be dipped in pineapple, spinach juice or butter. Each has its own characteristics. The seven courses also include [Soup] Tofu, Kelp and Pork Bone Soup, which is full of warmth and happiness when you drink it. Both fried rice dishes are equally delicious. [Dessert of the day] is ice cream, decorated with pink edible rose petals. The purple sweet potato ice cream contains 50% purple sweet potato and has a sweet taste; the tofu ice cream is full of bean flavor. How can you eat Teppanyaki without drinking alcohol? The [Plum Wine] we ordered has rich plum sweetness and is easy to drink. Enjoyed delicious food at Weixun Feeling and spent a wonderful Sunday evening.
