You can eat it plain, then add salt, hand-ground fresh wasabi or homemade fried garlic chips. Personally, I like to pair waffles with the fragrant and crispy homemade fried garlic chips. Japanese Kurobuta pork has a strong flavor, is thick enough and has a good texture, and is not burnt too dry. Just like the beef tenderloin, it is served with cute cherry radishes to make it more attractive. The fried rice in the two sets is different. The difference is that the $788 set has a large piece of sea urchin on top of the fried rice. The sea urchin melts in your mouth and tastes sweet and fresh, which makes you feel extremely happy. The $788 set meal also comes with a bowl of generous miso soup. The tofu in the soup is cut into thin strips instead of the usual granules, which shows that the chef has first-class knife skills.
