I went to CARVER in Causeway Bay with friends for lunch. The restaurant has an elegant environment, comfortable seating, and courteous staff. Highly recommended! 3 COURSES SET LUNCH $268 Pan-Seared Jumbo Scallops The scallops are large and bouncy, paired perfectly with a buttery cream sauce. The addition of soy-marinated salmon roe enhances the freshness! Very appetizing and delicate. Iwate Wagyu Sirloin +$98 The sirloin steak looks fantastic, grilled to have char marks and a smoky aroma. The doneness is well-controlled, revealing a pink interior with a rich beef flavor! The dish is accompanied by beer-battered fries and garden vegetables, making it very hearty! The fries are super crispy! Mango Pandan Pudding The dessert is very delicate, with sweet and delicious mango, and the pandan pudding has a distinctive flavor with a hint of coconut fragrance. Really nice!
