If you finish your meal and settle the bill within 50 minutes, you will get a 25% discount😍. This has become a goal for many, but it's actually not that hard to achieve. This time, we finished two rice bowls and two snacks, and it only took us 21 minutes and 20 seconds to settle the bill, which was quite easy😎. Walking into this Japanese-style restaurant with a fresh and simple decor, the overall design is mainly wood-based🪵. The restaurant is not very big, with 10 counter seats and a tatami area that can accommodate two tables for 4-6 people. The menu doesn't have many options, with 4 hot rice bowls, 5 cold rice bowls, and 7 snacks and drinks🧃. The rice is topped with a layer of corn kernels, followed by nearly 10 pieces of charcoal-grilled chicken🐓, and finally onion shreds🧄. With the addition of rice seasoning and grilled sauce, it is quite flavorful😋. The chicken with skin is tender and boneless, and the portion is more than I expected. ✝️ Soy Sauce Marinated Diced Salmon with Grilled Salmon Belly Rice Bowl $128 This rice bowl is beautifully presented and colorful, with soy sauce marinated diced salmon as the main ingredient, along with crab roe, crab meat, diced cucumber🥒, corn, and Chinese salad. The texture is rich and layered, and it also comes with a skewer of crispy grilled salmon belly. For snacks, we ordered Gyoza Okonomiyaki ($22/3 pieces) and Mentaiko Chicken Wings ($22/piece). The gyoza is pan-fried with okonomiyaki sauce and preparation method, which is quite unique🥟, making it feel like eating both gyoza and okonomiyaki at the same time😂. The mentaiko chicken wings are hot and spicy, although not the kind that bursts with juice in one bite, the mentaiko filling is full and has a spicy flavor🌶️, which is quite good😌.
