Every time we go shopping in Causeway Bay, we are drawn to this bakery. Its unique decor, predominantly orange, makes it stand out from typical bakeries. The store is filled with exquisite bread and desserts. Today, we finally had the chance to buy some special croissants and egg tarts to try at home. 🌟 Pistachio Mini Croissant The croissant is super cute and mini-sized, with my favorite rich pistachio flavor. Not only is it visually appealing, but it also has a layered texture. 🌟 Golden Star Tart (French Pudding Mille-feuille Tart) I must recommend this Golden Star Tart. The multiple layers of puff pastry are extremely crispy, while the French pudding inside is sweet and smooth. The combination of crispy and soft textures is unforgettable. Remember to heat it slightly for an even better taste. 🌟 Nutella Croissant Muffin Inside is rich, molten Nutella chocolate, with a sprinkle of fine sugar on the crispy pastry. It's irresistibly fragrant and sweet. 🌟 Pineapple Beef Bun This 'Hong Kong-style Pineapple Beef Bun' is a must-try. It combines the traditional Hong Kong pineapple bun with a French croissant, offering a unique East-meets-West experience. The sweet outer layer and buttery, crispy, and soft interior are incredibly delicious! 🌟 Brown Sugar Mochi Pineapple Bun This is my brother's favorite.
