Authentic and Exquisite Sukiyaki Restaurant

I've always been a fan of Japanese cuisine🍣, and among cooked dishes, sukiyaki is my favorite because of its sweet and fragrant broth with a beefy taste🐮. Today, I visited this wooden-themed sukiyaki restaurant on Tai Nan Street because they have beautiful beef😍😍! 🤤 Classic Japanese A5 Wagyu Sukiyaki Set 368 We ordered the sukiyaki set, which included a vegetable platter and an egg🥚. The staff started by using the fat from the beef to fry some onions and Kyoto leeks🧅 with sukiyaki sauce until slightly dry, then it's time to fry the beef! The beef was rich in fat and melted in the mouth, leaving a memorable taste😋. 🤤 U.S. Angus/Prime Top Grade (Chuck Flap Tail) 98 We also added a beef dish, but since it was out of stock that day, we upgraded to Chuck Eye Roll🤩. This cut of beef had a stronger meat flavor, less fat, and a firmer texture. 🤤 Inaniwa Udon 28 We also ordered an extra udon to soak up the broth🍜, paired with Kyoto leeks and onions, which was really sweet and tasty. 🤤 Assorted Katsu Vegetables 68 Additionally, we had some fried food, including two pieces of pumpkin, three shiitake mushrooms🍄🟫, and two pieces of eggplant🍆. The outer layer was crispy without being thick, and the shiitake mushrooms were especially juicy💦. 🤤 Mixed Seafood Katsu Platter for Two 198 We also ordered a seafood platter with shrimp, scallops, and oysters🍤. The oyster was the best, very plump, while the scallops were a bit overcooked. Overall, the sukiyaki at this restaurant was genuinely authentic🎍.
