《Finally I got to eat beef intestine hotpot》

I've always wanted to try the beef intestine hot pot because my friend ate it in Japan and came back and said it was delicious. Finally tried this dish at Ming Road in Causeway Bay! I'm so happy The restaurant has just opened, focusing on Japanese skewers and cuisine. I certainly have to try the Japanese Wagyu Sausage Small Pot. Although it is a small pot, the portion is not small at all. What a big plate! The waiter said that the beef intestines were made from Kyushu beef intestines, and that the fat was cut off, cooked and served. Very courteous approach, perfect for me who does not eat fat or afraid of fat! The soup is made with white soy sauce. The garlic chili is fragrant but not spicy. You can drink strong soup even if you haven't eaten intestines yet! The beef intestine is cooked soft and smooth, not fat at all, smooth and chewy. Coupled with Japanese Koya tofu, the juice is top-notch. We added a Yamagata beef A4 broiler and udon to cook, it was so good! Then ordered the crab paste lobster, freshly mixed Australian lobster, with seaweed sauce egg yolk, the meat is fresh and sweet, bouncy and refreshing, although not cheap, but very satisfied. Homemade green tea ice cream, very smooth texture, rich matcha flavor. Have a cup of ice cream again, and you'll be satisfied!
