After taking a walk along the seaside this afternoon, I didn’t feel very hungry, but I wanted to have some dessert, so I went to a newly opened pancake specialty shop nearby. Dessert: Yuzu Matcha Soufflé Pancake $128 There are two large pieces of soufflé on a black plate, with a pinch of yuzu peel on top and topped with matcha cream. It is delicious even without cream sauce! Peach Rose Soda $36 The soda contains peach rose sauce. I don’t know if it is homemade or bought from outside. It has a strong aroma.
