𓀍 Nepalese food in Jordan

𓆻 𓆻 The Jungle in Jordan is a famous Nepalese restaurant in the area. I tried to walk in for dinner before, but unfortunately the place was packed that night and I was unsuccessful. This lunch challenge was finally successful! What’s more, the set lunch is only $88, which includes appetizer, main course, dessert and drinks, so it is very cost-effective. 𓄣 Pani Puri $68 A common street food in Nepal - deep-fried balls with spice sauce, filled with mashed potatoes, onions, vegetables and other ingredients, fried to golden brown on the outside, and poured with tamarind sauce in a teapot. It is very photogenic and delicious, very unique! 𓄣 Momo A must-order signature dish! Momo are Nepalese dumplings that can be steamed, fried, or half steamed and half fried. It’s a pity that I didn’t know this at the time, otherwise I would definitely choose half-steamed and half-fried, so that I could try another taste. The dumpling wrapper is chewier than Chinese dumpling wrapper, but not thick and greasy. We chose the chicken filling, which was seasoned just right and the chicken was tender and juicy. The sauce in the middle is spicy and flavorful. Dip it in a little and the taste will be on another level. 𓄣 Nepali Daal Baat (+$10) Includes rice, lentils, stir-fried vegetables, and beef curry. One dish has all the meat, vegetables, and rice, which is really satisfying. 𓄣 Kheer (+$28) I have to recommend the special dessert Kheer, which is made with Nepalese rice, mixed milk, rubies and nuts. It has a strong rice flavor with a hint of milk flavor, a bit like rice pudding, with a chewy texture and is delicious! Finally I know why this place is so popular. In addition to the authentic food, the entire jungle-themed layout is full of exotic style, making people feel like they are in Nepal for a second. It is indeed very special.
