The accompanying oyster sauce beans are also a rare find, bringing back childhood memories and adding extra points to the dish. In addition to the oyster sauce beans, there are also two bright red cherry tomatoes! They have been carefully peeled, making them very tender and juicy, with a sweet and sour taste that perfectly balances the richness of the dish. Candied Ham and Crystal Prawns $288 per serving! The salty and savory chicken skin is not to be missed, and the meat inside remains tender and flavorful. Yuzu Black Vinegar Crispy Sea Cucumber Stuffed with Shrimp Paste $238 per serving! The presentation is as elegant as an ink painting. The crispy skin adorned with gold leaf is light and non-greasy, providing a wonderful first impression. The smooth sea cucumber is stuffed with bouncy and flavorful shrimp paste. Dipping it in yuzu black vinegar adds even more layers of freshness. Pan-Fried Threadfin with Scallion and Sea Salt $398 per fish. This is the chef's specialty! The deboned threadfin is pan-fried to a crispy perfection, with firm and flavorful fish meat. The scallions at the bottom are not to be underestimated, adding a tempting aroma to the dish. This seemingly simple dish is filled with the chef's meticulous attention to detail. Huadiao Chicken Oil Freshly Shredded Australian Lobster with Chencun Noodles $688! This lobster dish has an impressive presentation, perfect for social media. The sweet lobster meat is already shredded for easy eating. The Chencun noodles at the bottom are cooked with chicken oil, egg yolk, and Huadiao wine, absorbing the fresh flavors of both sea and land, making the dish incredibly enticing. Our dining companions also enjoyed dim sum, so we ordered shrimp dumplings and siu mai to taste. The quality was excellent, and we will definitely come back to try more dim sum. Everyone also enjoyed the fresh chicken, so we ordered the Crispy Skin Gui Fei Chicken $288 for half a chicken! If you like savory flavors, this Gui Fei Chicken is a must-try. The fresh chicken is soaked in a flavorful broth made with ham, dried scallops, and dried shrimp, then the skin is fried to a crispy, chip-like texture. The savory flavor penetrates to the bone, making this chicken incredibly satisfying. Baked Fresh Crab Casserole $588 per serving. This dish is enough for four to six people to share!
