Quarry Bay · One Leaf Taiwanese Cuisine ⁡ Walking into the inner streets of Quarry Bay, there are so many restaurants and small shops 😱😱 This time I thought of having a meal around after work with my friends Entered this inconspicuous Taiwanese restaurant It turns out that it has been in business for more than ten years. The location is relatively hidden The wood decoration is mainly quite family-style 😃😃 There are quite a lot of choices on the menu🤭 There are also cheaper packages ⁡ Not too hungry so I ordered two small dishes + rice 🍚 🐮 Beef with onion With tender beef slices + onion slices as the main ingredients The portion is quite large and a plate is quickly stir-fried Simple and full of pan with plenty of shallots You can tell that the beef is fresh. The meat is soft and chewy☺️ Cutting into thin slices makes the beef easier to flavor when cooking and kept to a tender texture The seasoning increased the savory and sweet flavors It goes well with rice or noodles 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 ⁡ 🍆🫛Taiwanese preserved vegetables (Eggplant + Bitter Melon + Green Beans) The delicious salty taste of preserved vegetables makes people unable to stop eating😋 It makes the whole dish more aromatic adding a unique crunchy taste Stir-fried together makes the bitter melon less bitter 🤣🤣 The rich fiber + tender and crispy texture of green beans is my favorite Eggplant has a soft texture and is well seasoned.
