Holt’s Cafe, Rosewood Hong Kong

#wheretogo I had the pleasure of visiting Holts Cafe at the Rosewood Hong Kong hotel after a day of exploring the Avenue of Stars, and it was a fantastic experience. We were looking to unwind and I opted for the signature Childhood cocktail, which blended rum, gin, and coconut, delivering a refreshing and delightful combination of flavors that truly perked me up. My mum, who doesn't consume alcohol, went for the Elderflower drop mocktail, and she was equally impressed. Its complex blend of bitterness and sweetness made for a tantalizing and delicious drink. To complement our drinks, we ordered Parmesan fries, which were nothing short of perfection. The crispy, cheesy goodness of the fries was a great pairing with our beverages. What made the experience even better was the impeccable ambience at Holts Cafe. It exudes a sense of sophistication and class, making our visit feel extra special. Overall, I would rate this experience a perfect 10/10, and I'm definitely looking forward to returning.
