On Sunday afternoon, I went to The Oyster House in Wan Chai to have brunch recommended by a colleague. The restaurant is just a few minutes from the subway station exit. When I pushed the door open in the afternoon, it was unexpectedly lively! Everyone orders brunch here, so you know it’s guaranteed. For $399 per person, you can enjoy an appetizer, main course and dessert. There are 6 types of appetizers, including oysters! Definitely a major selling point! Oysters The appetizer includes 2 per person, and an additional $68 gets you 3 more, so in the end there are 10 oysters on the table, forming an oyster platter. This amount is just enough to satisfy your craving for brunch! Norwegian salmon carpaccio One portion per person, quite a bit, with grapefruit added, sour and sweet, refreshing and appetizing. Seafood Sashimi Tower Below is Middle Eastern rice and the seafood is mixed with kimchi sauce, which is special and delicious. Braised pork with red wine The meat is tender and tasty. It is delicious! Dessert Platter There are 3 models in total, each one is a surprise! The cream in the Banana Tomato has a strong milky flavor, which blends perfectly with the bananas. It is not greasy at all and makes you want to eat it again.
