This time, a friend introduced me to Ha Dou, located on the 2nd floor of Shing Yip Industrial Building, to try the authentic Taiwanese flavor. What is more eye-catching is the murals of contemporary Taiwanese movie characters as soon as you enter the store. I didn't expect that the decoration of a small store is so interesting (check in~ For the main course, we ordered Kaohsiung fish floss and braised pork rice and Taiwanese beef noodles. It turns out that fish floss is similar to the pork floss in porridge, but it is made of fish. It tastes salty and fragrant, and has a loose texture. It is quite good 👍🏻 The beef noodle soup base is sweet and light. You can eat the noodles and drink the soup at the same time without feeling that the seasoning is too heavy. The noodles are thin and chewy. I also ordered a fried food platter, with a lot of sweet potato fries and plum powder. I really like the sour and sweet taste. For dessert, I ordered the classic grass jelly taro balls with ice cream.
