Beijing-style Peking Duck Parents' Day

👔👔👔Father's Day is only two weeks away. This restaurant has launched a Parents' Day set menu. I brought my sister here to try the dishes today, and will go with my dad on Father's Day. The most famous dish here is Peking Duck, so of course I have to try it! There are a variety of different packages available for Father's Day, ranging from two to twelve people. ᪥Peking Duck The Peking duck here is different from what we usually eat. The Beijing-style cooking method is very special. The most tender and smooth part of the duck breast is served first. It is recommended by the chef. The duck breast slices are dipped in white sugar. The duck breast is dotted with sugar and melts in the mouth, awakening the taste buds. Cucumber, scallion and cantaloupe are used as condiments here. The cantaloupe is refreshing, and paired with Beijing’s secret honey and plum sauce, it is really special and totally different from what I usually eat. ᪥Supreme Platter The Supreme Judgement includes timed vermicelli, drunken chicken, braised pork, pickled cucumber and vegetarian dishes, each of which is very exquisite. I particularly like braised pork, it is a favorite of children. Dried French Beans The green beans are fragrant and delicious, and each one is evenly flavored with the olives and minced meat. They are stir-fried with a wok aroma, and I really ate them one by one. ᪥ Shanghai Stir-Fry The meat slices, mixed vegetables, coarse noodles and sauce are chewy and overall it is a favorite dish for children, as it is both appetizing and attractive. ᪥Banana high bean paste After the meal, I ordered a dessert as a perfect match. The banana collodion with bean paste was crispy on the outside and warm on the inside. The amount of bean paste was not too much, so it wouldn’t be too greasy.
