Kyoto Guojianglong Ramen Restaurant 🍜

GOGYO Five Elements is a street food ramen shop from Kyoto, Japan, just opened in the Alexander Building in Central. The restaurant sells by blending the art of ramen and fine dining culture into one, unleashing creativity to surprise diners. The recent launch of a limited-time ramen "Intense Lobster Ramen" uses lobster as the main character and slow-cooked the whole lobster tail at low temperature. I am looking forward to it! 🍜Rich lobster ramen set meal The slow-cooked lobster tail looks quite eye-catching, very big! The meat is tender and bouncy ~ The ramen soup next to it is another selling point. The soup not only has fresh and sweet taste of shrimp, but also drinks the essence of fragrant pork bone soup. The ingredients also include char siu, cheese crisps, shrimp miso, semi-cooked tamagoyaki, purple cabbage kimchi, mizuna and Parmesan cheese. After enjoying the ramen, there is also a bowl of coriander rice to add to the soup to eat, it feels like eating pasta, multiple freshness combination, very delicious ~ 🍜Black ramen The soup is rich in black garlic flavor, not greasy at all, and also adopts flat noodles, with a certain ability to hang the soup, so that each noodle is dipped in soup, very tasty ~ The bowl also has char siu and wood ear, char siu fat and lean moderately, oily but not greasy, tender!
