A delicious ramen shop made with care

I walked to Temple Street and found a small ramen shop. The restaurant has Japanese-style paintings on the walls, which feels quite Japanese🇯🇵 Open the menu, a variety of ramen 🍜, snacks and skewers 🍢 affordable prices! We ordered some of everything to eat together~ ▶️ Black Garlic Oil Pork Bone Ramen $78 There is a huge piece of seaweed, which is so good! The black garlic oil is rich and fragrant, the taste is just right, the soup is good! The noodles I chose normal, moderately soft and hard, is my favorite thin ramen. The color of the candy egg yolk is beautiful, and the egg white is smooth enough. There are two big pieces of char siu. They have a roasted aroma and the meat is soft enough! ▶️ Limited-time: Coriander Chicken Soup Ramen $98 My friend loves coriander. He ordered it right away when he saw it. The coriander soup is so blended that it is very smooth. Plus a bunch of coriander on top, coriander lovers don’t miss it! The ingredients have purple eggs, which is very special. The meat was chicken, the ramen chose hard, the thicker with mouthfeel noodles. There is also crab meat, which is very fresh and sweet. The shopkeeper kindly introduced that coriander is bought fresh every day, and then made the ramen soup, using a lot of coriander to make such a rich soup, real ingredients! ▶️ Fried chicken $30 The chicken skin is fried to crispy, the chicken is smooth enough, spicy and delicious! ▶️ Skewers Thick-grilled beef tongue $28/grilled eel skewers $30/thick-grilled pork onion $28 The beef tongue is so thick and has a refreshing and delicious texture! The grilled eel is juicy enough, it's not bad! Thick grilled pork is chunks of pork stacked on top of each other to create a thick feeling, with bites of meat, sweet and refreshing with onions.
