Best Fresh Seafood at HongKong

Before I left Hong Kong for three months in July, I got a real taste for Chiuchow cuisine, and this meal at Shung Hing stuck out as one of the best. The braised goose platter (), notable for its incredibly yummy and homey flavor was complimented all the more by the pristine braised sliced soft tofu (N), another unmissable appetizer. Pristine is also the word 1^ prime d use to describe the seafood at Shung Hing - beautiful and sweet steamed flower crab, and tender pomfret with salted soy beans. You also can't miss the oyster omelet (), or the preserved olive leaf fried rice. Or the flakey shepherds purse pastries, which are a particular delicacy. This is a very traditional restaurant with excellent food and a laid back old school ambience.
