The Peking duck tastes good

It's my birthday recently, plus I still have Times Square coupons in my hand that I haven't used up yet. I've always wanted to try this restaurant. There's also a very interesting quota at the door of the store, so I made an appointment to eat and celebrate my birthday. Maybe because the coupon is about to expire, there were super many people queuing up at the scene. Fortunately, I asked my family to get a seat earlier, otherwise it would have been difficult to eat! We ordered the salt and pepper squid, seafood duck soup with rice, sweet and sour pork, and of course my favorite Peking duck! The portion of salt and pepper squid is not very much, but its squid is like a sponge crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The taste is super good, but the seasoning is a bit too heavy, and the saltiness is heavier. The highlight is Peking duck. It's super delicious! It tastes like duck fat but not too greasy, and its ingredients are quite special even with sesame sauce, which makes it taste special. The seafood duck soup bubble rice soup is quite special, a little herbal marshmallow flavor feels very nourishing, and it uses fried rice instead of white rice, the taste is very interesting, I personally recommend. The fried rice with sweet and sour pork doesn't have much meat, and the lychee meat is very fresh and sweet. I personally think it's quite good!
