Hiratsuka's Tanmen is different from Yokohama's, with a clear soup, white noodles (like hiyamuki noodles), and a simple seasoning with plenty of wakame seaweed. The noodles had a refreshing taste and you could eat as many bowls as you wanted. The restaurant only serves Tanmen and gyoza.
