🫶Emeri Chungjangjeom, a restaurant that brings back memories of Vietnam🫶

When I traveled to Vietnam before, I really missed Vietnamese food. I visited Emoi Chungjang, a famous Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant :) Bulgogi rice noodles had a lot of meat and were really soft, melting in your mouth. And you could taste the rich flavor of the broth, so it was light and delicious. I ate Banh Xeo, which I remember eating so deliciously in Vietnam. You just dip thin rice paper in lettuce soaked in sweat, and roll it up with Banh Xeo pancakes with meat and vegetables, and it made me remember Vietnam so vividly😆 Then Bun Cha came out, which came with rice noodles, grilled pork, salad, and Cha Giao together😀 Cha Giao is also called Vietnamese dumplings, and it has various vegetables, noodles, and meat inside. I dipped it in sour Nuoc Mam sauce, and although it was fried, it wasn't greasy at all and was delicious. The grilled pork didn't have any porky smell and was soft.
