New Taiwanese restaurant in Dongmyeong-dong, ‘Singfu Mian Guan’

I've never been to Taiwan, but I can feel it at the new Taiwanese restaurant 'Xingfu Mian Guan' in Dongmyeong-dong!! The bright yellow signboard and interior design, as well as the taste, are exactly like Taiwan :) The main menu includes Hongso beef noodles, Liang noodles, Lu Rou Fan, and Mapo tofu, and the side dishes are Bechu Meat Dumplings, Hongyu Cho Su, and Pidan Tofu. The Hongso beef noodles, made in the traditional Taiwanese way, are made directly without any noodle additives, so they are easy to digest and healthy, and they make your stomach feel good. The visual is like braised short ribs, and there's plenty of beef noodles, but the meat is really soft and the broth is clear and deep in flavor :) In the case of the dumplings, they make all the ingredients themselves, from the dumpling skin to the dumpling filling, Hongyu (chili oil), and Chuan Chai (pickled mustard greens), so you can feel the deep flavor of the meat. There are four sauces on the table: majoyu, hongyu, sengchu, and black vinegar. You can add them according to your taste. All the ingredients, including the Taiwanese-style braised vegetables served as a side dish, are made directly at Xingfu Mian Guan, so they are really fresh. And the noodles, broth, sauce, and plain rice are all-you-can-eat, so it's great value for money. If you want to taste Taiwanese flavors, I recommend going to Xingfu Mian Guan in Dongmyeong-dong!!
