#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck Elsloo Castle is a castle in Elsloo built in the 17th century. It is currently a hotel with a botanical garden behind it. The castle is located by the river. The atmosphere is very good. Bar Bistro Dorine is the hotel's restaurant. You don't have to stay to use the service. It is considered the most popular restaurant in this small town. For this meal, we ordered the following: ➡️ Kaas Kroketjes Potato balls stuffed with cheese and coated in breadcrumbs, fried until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is very enjoyable to eat while hot. ➡️ Mini Loempia's It is a fried spring roll. The filling may be different from Thai ones, but the sauce is the same. It is quite delicious. ➡️ Kasteelbrood Zalm It is an open-faced sandwich using a very large piece of rye bread, topped with a large piece of smoked salmon, cucumber, fresh tomato, shallots, and dill mustard sauce.
