During my trip to Echizen City in Fukui, I visited O-edo+ (Oedo Plus) ☕️ This is a sushi cafe run by a long-established sushi restaurant founded in 1953 🍣 The interior has a stylish atmosphere with a white theme 💅 You can also purchase sweets for takeout, but the recommended item here is, of course, sushi 🍣 The sushi, which looks like temari sushi, has separate toppings and rice, allowing you to combine them as you like. Additionally, the rice and condiments are colored, making it visually appealing 🩷 It's a bit pricey, but it's a cafe you should definitely visit ✨
