"Oriental Hollywood" Hengdian Tour

Hengdian is not far from Qiandao Lake, so after visiting Qiandao Lake, we went to Hengdian, known as "Oriental Hollywood". We arrived at around 4 pm, and we were a little hungry, so we went to the famous Tingji Ice Room for our first stop. It is a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, and there were a lot of people. We ordered a few must-try dishes, and they were delicious. It was a must-visit. After dinner, we walked to the Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival Scenic Area. During the Spring Festival, Hengdian held a lantern festival, so we bought a package ticket to visit. The lights inside were colorful, and there were a lot of people. We walked to the "Hello Li Qingzhao" theater and happened to catch the 8:30 pm show, so we lined up to watch the show. The show lasted for half an hour and told the story of a modern young screenwriter traveling through time to talk to Li Qingzhao. It vividly showed Li Qingzhao's life and famous poems, which was a little touching. Then we walked to the core exhibition area of the lantern festival. The lights and buildings complemented each other beautifully, and there were various NPCs shuttling through the crowd. There were light shows, dance shows, and more, which was a great experience and worth the trip. On the second day, we woke up naturally. It was drizzling, so we took a taxi to the Palace of the Qin Emperor. It was magnificent, and we had seen many scenes in movies. It was still quite shocking to experience it in person. Unfortunately, there were too many people, and the shows required a queue of more than 2.5 hours, so we gave up and just looked at the palace. At noon, we went to the popular restaurant Laoxunwei Hengdian and ordered the must-try Dongyang Steamed Bun with Braised Pork, Qianxiang Mutton, and more. They were delicious and worth recommending. Then we walked to the nearby Dream Valley Scenic Area, which is a large amusement park suitable for family trips, with various large entertainment facilities. In the evening, we went to the last scenic spot of the trip, Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street, and happened to catch the "Into the Movie" experience show. The director led the way in front, allowing tourists to act as actors and experience various performances, feeling the fun and difficulty of filming movies. I couldn't help but sigh that although Hengdian is beautiful, it is also a workplace. Beauty and hard work coexist, and I should strive for my career and life!
