This cafe is already very famous and always busy because they have been operating for many years and their specialty coffee is really popular that’s why many Mel baristas and customers love proud mary coffee. So far, actually I’ve been to Proud Mary only once. But I’m very familiar with their coffee flavor. Because sometimes I was able to attend Aunty peg’s weekly and monthly cupping. Also some of the other cafes I had visited were using Proud Mary coffee bean! When I visited Proud Mary It was almost closing time. So it was very quiet. I ordered a Honduras single origin Longblack with natural procesing. This coffeehad a really strong impact. It featured high acidity and the sweet flavors of fruit:) The after tasty had a light sweetness like syrupy that was big impressive!! #foodie #food
