Spectrum Coffee Collingwood

#australiatrip Spectrum Coffee is a specialty coffee shop located in collingwood, melbourne. it’s close to the 86tram stop and victoria park station. They use their own roasted beans and there’s sample roasting machine inside the cafe. According to the owner, they have a dedicated roasting room where the roasting takes place. Spectrum coffee offers specialty grade coffee, artisanal bagels and house made pastries. the vibe is cozy with a vintage mood as the space looks slightly aged in the best was! I had their honduras bean’s Double espresso. And I was impressed by its good balance and light acidity with notes of apple, apricot.
