On this trip to Chongqing, I made a special trip to visit the legendary Xiahaoli, a quiet corner hidden in the bustling city. Xiahaoli is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Nanbin Road and Dongshuimen Yangtze River Bridge in Nan'an District, Chongqing. It is very convenient to get there. You can take Metro Line 6 or the Loop Line to Shangxin Street Station and walk to the destination. First impression As soon as I got off the subway, I was attracted by the "This is Chongqing" check-in wall, which has become a must-see place for many tourists. Following the signs, I found the entrance to Xiahaoli. An ancient street came into view, as if I had traveled to another world in an instant. Strolling along the old street Compared with other popular attractions, Xiahaoli Old Street is not very commercialized, and the overall atmosphere is simple and quiet. There are various literary shops and coffee shops on both sides of the street, and every corner is full of artistic atmosphere. I especially like the photo spots here. Whether it is a panoramic view of the mountain city or various up and down stairs, you can take very good photos. It is particularly worth mentioning that there is also a check-in spot for Xiao Zhan fans here, which is definitely not to be missed for star-chasing friends. I tried the jasmine ice cream from "Yishishan Tea", which has a strong tea flavor and a unique taste; the ice cream toast from "Haitang Youtang" is also a must-try. The environment on the second-floor terrace is particularly comfortable, suitable for a short rest. Enjoying the night view The night view of Xiahaoli is also a highlight. The Dongshuimen Bridge and the surrounding buildings are particularly beautiful at night with the lights. I especially like to stand on the viewing platform, overlooking the entire Xiahaoli, and feel the tranquility and beauty. Tips Dress suggestion: It is recommended to wear a pair of comfortable sneakers, because there are many ups and downs and stairs in Xiahaoli. Mosquito repellent: There are many green plants and mosquitoes here, so it is recommended to bring mosquito repellent.
