"Phu Tok Sea of Mist", Chiang Khan, mist collectors must not miss.

📍Phu Tok Chiang Khan mist viewing point is located less than 10 km from Chiang Khan District. It takes only a short drive to get there, but you cannot drive your car up to the viewpoint by yourself. You have to park at the parking lot below (parking fee 20 baht) and buy a ticket for the villagers' car, which is a community shuttle (about 40 baht/person, round trip) to go up to the mist viewing point. The peak of the mountain is about 400–500 meters high. There is a 360° viewpoint in all directions. You can see the Mekong River, Laos, and Chiang Khan, which is beautiful and magnificent both in the morning and evening. However, most tourists go to see the mist in the morning. It is recommended to arrive no later than 5:30–6:00 AM to see the sunrise. 💬 The day we went was late winter, late January. The sky was not very cooperative. We did not see a sea of mist. We only saw a little mist, but at least we got a beautiful sunrise instead. 🚙 On the way back, you can choose any car. If it is full, it will leave. When you get down below, there will be souvenir shops to choose from. Importantly, there are many food/breakfast shops.
