Puning Temple.

The Chengde Big Buddha Temple (Puning Temple) can give you the feeling of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Puning Temple was one of the first key cultural relics protection units in China in 1961. It is a World Cultural Heritage site and the first temple built among the Eight Outer Temples of Chengde. Therefore, it is a must-see after visiting the Chengde Mountain Resort. I can't remember how many times I've been to Puning Temple, but each time I come, I have a different feeling. This time, I found a great place to take photos. After entering the mountain gate, there is a red wall on the north side of the bell tower, where you can take photos that give you the feeling of the Forbidden City. If you are patient, you may encounter a monk in red walking along the wall, which adds a Tibetan flavor.
