There is an old saying in Chengde, "The Chaoyang Twin Towers hide fairies, and lingzhi grows in the Yuanbao Cave." Chaoyang Cave is one of the top ten famous mountains in Chengde. 🌟 Chaoyang Cave is more than 20 km from the city center. There is no public transportation, so you can drive to "Chaoyang Cave Scenic Area" on the map. You can go from Shuangfeng Temple or Hongshiya. 🌟 There is only one way up the mountain. Follow the stone steps to Banyue Pavilion, where you can see a long step-like cliff in the distance, like an aircraft carrier. It is called "Danxia Aircraft Carrier" because it is a Danxia landform. 🌟 Next is Guzi Cave, which enshrines the Water Palace Goddess. The entrance is narrow. After passing through a 60-meter-long dark passage, you will reach the east entrance on the cliff. The view suddenly opens up, and there is a Taoist temple inside the cave called Boyue Temple, which enshrines Guanyin and Guan Yu. On the north side, there are Yuhuang Pavilion, Laojun Hall, and Wanxian Cave.
