Michelin ⭐️⭐️ (Part I) A rising star in the culinary world, Finnish Chef Eric Räty is an expert in sophisticated dishes exhibiting typical Nordic precision and delivering intense natural flavours. The highlight of day was this off-menu decadent pigeon foie gras pie , paired with morel and black truffle sauce. The pigeon breast was very juicy and tender , matched well with the crispy pastry , certainly a must order item ! Another visit to Acme after being invited to their opening some time ago. As the name Acme suggests, a concept like this can truly be the best of its kind. For those who are a fan of @bakedfounder Baked at central, you’re in for another treat here for some nice middle eastern food with a modern twist. Acme’s menu will feature the familiar flavours and textures of the Middle East, highlights including their sourdough flat bread , hummus and charcoal grilling , the aroma of meats charring in front of u will keep you mouth watering . Overall it’s a great gastronomic experience, I enjoyed indulging in those flavorful contemporary dishes in a relaxing, laid-back vibes.
