Mixed Experience at the Hotel and Restaurant

A cordial reception, affable and knowledgeable personnel at both the check-in counter and spa welcomed us. Our accommodations were charming, offering stunning vistas and equipped with all the essentials. The lively vibe made the evening drinks and dining a delightful affair. Nonetheless, breakfast was disappointing, diminishing the overall hotel experience. Service was lacking, with a rude blonde staff member responding sarcastically when we inquired about our tea after 45 minutes—not ideal. The breakfast itself was basic and overpriced. Conversely, Old Harry’s Rocks was outstanding, with wonderful and attentive staff, and the cuisine was excellent!
