I was so afraid I'd regret it later that I ordered three servings of their Panda Coconut Sticky Rice Balls in one go! This place is hidden in Shuangqiao, Chaoyang District. I would never have found it without a local's help. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a lush green courtyard, swaying banana leaves, and warm lighting. It felt like I'd been instantly transported to the coast of Wanning. It's the perfect romantic date spot. Now for the main event: the master chef's homemade sour and spicy hot pot base. The aroma alone made my mouth water as it simmered. The marbled texture of the crispy pork belly was beautiful, and it had a wonderfully springy texture. The seafood platter was overflowing with rock shrimp, scallops, oysters, and deep-sea fish roe. Dipped in the ginger and lime sauce, it was so fresh it made me want to dance. But the real star of the show was the Panda Coconut Sticky Rice Balls. They had adorable little faces and were incredibly stretchy. The coconut flavor was intense. I ended up ordering three servings!
