I recently visited Er Huo Xiao Guo Dun Ben Ji Tie Guo with a friend, and we were blown away.

The open kitchen provides a sense of security, and the aroma of chicken being stir-fried in small pots is irresistible. We were hooked from the moment we stepped inside!😍 The 180-day-old free-range chicken is stewed to tender perfection, and the rich, flavorful broth is impossible to resist.🥣 The touch of spice from the wrinkled peppers adds a delightful kick! The pickled cabbage and pork crackling steamed dumplings are also exceptional. The pickled cabbage is refreshing and appetizing, and the dumplings have thin skin and generous filling. Each bite is pure bliss.💕 The tofu is incredibly tender, melting in your mouth, and perfectly seasoned. It's a quintessential Northeastern dish! This place is definitely worth multiple visits!👍
