A hidden gem of an izakaya.

It was my first time at Daikin Shusen, and I was introduced to it by a friend! The name of the shop, "Daikin desu," symbolizes making big money, which is in line with everyone's expectations for a good life. The owner has retained the most authentic Japanese izakaya style, and the shop is full of the smell of fireworks, which makes people relax instantly. 🛎️Low-temperature slow-cooked foie gras: The foie gras is as soft as mousse, with no fishy smell at all. It goes perfectly with butter toast and the sweet and sour kiwi fruit. It's a perfect match and leaves a long aftertaste! 🛎️Eel two ways: One fish, two ways is really unique. The kabayaki and shirayaki flavors are very different. I especially recommend the shirayaki yuzu pepper sauce, which is refreshing and enhances the flavor, making you want to keep eating. 🛎️Salt plate snow dragon A4 Wagyu: The Wagyu is kept warm on a mineral rose sea salt plate. The meat is super tender and the marbling is beautiful. Every bite is satisfying. Although Daikin Shusen mainly serves affordable Japanese food, the ingredients are not vague at all, and the prices are so affordable that you can't imagine. You really can't stop eating, and I look forward to coming back next time to try more dishes.
