Guangdong Shrine, Charoen Krung

Guangdong Shrine (Kwong Siew Association) and Kwong Siew Hospital Foundation .. Located on Charoen Krung Road, near Wat Mangkon MRT Station .. The Guangdong Shrine was established during the reign of King Rama V by Chinese immigrants from Guangdong Province, China .. The main deity is 'Sam Po Huk Chou' or as the sign says 'Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva'. Inside the shrine, there is a statue of Guanyin holding a medicine pill and water, and on the right side, there are statues of Guan Yu, Confucius, Jade Emperor (Ngoc Hoang), and Lu Ban for worship and blessings.
