[Hyogo/Ashiya] Scone and flavored butter shop

🍴THE BUTTER&SCONE ASHIYA 📍Ashiya, Hyogo (4 minutes walk from JR Ashiya Station) They call it Zavasco for short☺️ Bazasco's scones are - Moist scones with a crunchy outside and a moist and fluffy inside - Cookie scones with a crispy dough and a crumbly texture - Galette scones, perfect for breakfast or a snack I was able to taste 12 different types in 3 patterns✨️ This time, I tried the Cookie Scone Earl Grey & Maple Butter (360 yen) at the store💓 Maple syrup and Earl Grey are the perfect combination✨️ The outside is crispy and the way it crumbles is delicious and irresistible☺️ I loved adding the rich salt flavored butter to this💕 The flavored butter is a combination of Italian butter and meringue, making it fluffy☁️ This butter is really excellent! Not only the scones but also the bread is sure to be delicious🙋♀️ For takeout, I ordered: Earl Grey (250 yen) Salted Vanilla (250 yen) Caramel Chocolate Chip (380 yen) Rye Galette (380 yen) Flavored Butter Rich Salt (500 yen) I had it with tea at home, and it was the best combination after all✨️ The Earl Grey moist scone was also irresistible for me, who loves tea💕 The rye galette is not too sweet and is recommended as a wine accompaniment☺️ The delicious smell of scones is floating in front of the shop, and it draws you in💓 I'm sure it would be a great gift for myself or someone else.
