"The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel has a modern design, spacious and bright rooms, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has perfect details of dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are high-end and exquisite. All the fatigue along the way is swept away! The front desk was warm and thoughtful, and gave us an upgraded room. The breakfast was rich, and the local yogurt and mutton soup noodles were must-try. The combination of Chinese and Western food satisfied the taste buds. The location is convenient, it only takes 20 minutes to drive to Ta'er Monastery, and there is convenient parking nearby. The details are carefully considered and it is highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality!"

Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've saved this place and will prioritize staying here again next time I visit this city. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

The housekeeping is meticulous and thorough; the room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is free of standing water and grime, making for a worry-free stay. The service team is kind and attentive, proactively offering thoughtful services like drinking water and travel directions. Transportation is a breeze; the airport shuttle stops right at the hotel entrance, saving time and effort for trips to and from the airport. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floors offer an exceptional view, and the city lights at night are picturesque, with the stunning nightscape truly soothing away travel fatigue. GGuest UserBusiness trip, the hotel is very clean, parking downstairs is very convenient, the surrounding area is full of snacks and local specialty shops, the hotel bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is also very rich. The only downside is that the bath towels are disposable. It is not very comfortable to wipe after the shower. The construction is replaced with finished bath towels.

GGuest UserAwesome inn, with an ancient charm. The service staff will warmly escort you to your room. Unfortunately, the restaurant is just outside the window of the room. The strong smell of the kitchen accompanied us all night. The room was very hot.

MMoz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here.
我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

CCristianoJccThis is a relatively new hotel in Xining. The room service is excellent; we got upgraded to a larger room type. Especially Auntie on the 14th floor, she was incredibly prompt with deliveries, running back and forth multiple times. The only drawback is the room layout: the washbasin and the room are only separated by a sliding door, which isn't water-tight. I'd suggest adding a threshold. However, I must highly commend the staff – from the front desk to room service and breakfast staff – it's clear their training is very well executed.

We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
