"I was very dissatisfied with the front desk service. The staff were cold and unhelpful, showing no consideration for guests. (Though one female receptionist had a very good attitude and proactively asked about our room needs).
After checking in, we found trash under the sink in one of the rooms. We called the front desk, but no one came to address it for 20 minutes. It was almost 8 PM, and we had just arrived from Chaka Salt Lake, eager to go out for dinner. Even if they couldn't clean it immediately, they should have at least provided an explanation!
Our booking included minibar service, but there was none in the room. When we went to the front desk to inquire about both issues, the staff were cold and dismissive, and no one even apologized. You are in the service industry; shouldn't basic courtesy be a given?!
Later, they said they would restock the minibar for me, but it still wasn't there when we returned after dinner. Although Ctrip resolved the issue, it wasn't just about the small items; it was the feeling that the hotel showed no consideration for its guests.
Then, at checkout the next day, there was still no reaction. What did Ctrip say? Who is lying here?
It's both infuriating and ridiculous."
