Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated. Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. "Service: The service was good, offering pick-up and drop-off from the station, and the driver was very friendly. Location: Very close to the train station, a 5-minute drive. Breakfast: The food was tasty, but the portions were too small. Ambiance: The hotel is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of surfaces to place belongings, which is very convenient. Drawbacks: The sound insulation between floors is poor. I could hear thumping noises from the upstairs room late at night, and I also clearly heard hangers clanging against something from upstairs, possibly due to pipe connections."

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining! It's super close to the train station and only 20 minutes from the airport! The most important thing is that the environment is incredibly clean and comfortable – a germaphobe's dream! It even has air conditioning, which is really rare for hotels in Xining. Although I stayed for two days and didn't feel cold at all, so I never even turned it on. (P.S. The cleaning lady is so thoughtful! On my first day, I didn't know how to use the disposable toilet seat cover, so I just left it aside. When I came back the next day, I found that she had set up a new one for me! 🥳)"

"The hotel's location is great, which is why I booked it. The listed room size is big, but the bedroom itself is quite small, while the living area is huge. The layout is a bit odd. Breakfast selection is limited; there were only two types of congee. At 9:42 AM, I was told they were closing soon and to grab more food if I wanted. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. The guy at the front desk was handsome and very considerate, acting quickly to help guests."
