"This Hotel went over and beyond to provide us with an excellent service. Marco at the reception helped us in finding things we needed online and to be delivered at our room...in less than one hour! We had a minor issue with the toilet but Marco made someone to fix it in 5 minutes. Also, a driver was made available to bring us to the train station, all this thanks to Marco who organized this for us. We recommend this Hotel 100% if you are staying in Xining. Thanks to Marco and the staff of the Holiday Inn Express Xining Railway Station."

"The hotel's location is great, which is why I booked it. The listed room size is big, but the bedroom itself is quite small, while the living area is huge. The layout is a bit odd. Breakfast selection is limited; there were only two types of congee. At 9:42 AM, I was told they were closing soon and to grab more food if I wanted. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. The guy at the front desk was handsome and very considerate, acting quickly to help guests."

"Facilities: Newly renovated apartment, fully automated. Cleanliness: The bed sheets and duvet covers weren't clean; they had stains, and there was fecal matter on another bed. Environment: Close to Wanda Plaza, nice environment. Service: Excellent service; items were replenished promptly when needed."

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining! It's super close to the train station and only 20 minutes from the airport! The most important thing is that the environment is incredibly clean and comfortable – a germaphobe's dream! It even has air conditioning, which is really rare for hotels in Xining. Although I stayed for two days and didn't feel cold at all, so I never even turned it on. (P.S. The cleaning lady is so thoughtful! On my first day, I didn't know how to use the disposable toilet seat cover, so I just left it aside. When I came back the next day, I found that she had set up a new one for me! 🥳)"

"This hotel was temporarily booked on a business trip, unexpected surprise! The sanitary details are well done, there is no smell, and the hot water for washing is stable. The room is spacious, the tables and chairs are easy to use, and the office rest is not wrong. The staff is gentle, the service is meticulous and intimate, and the corridor is quiet and not noisy. The location is easy to find, the price is close to the people, whether it is a short trip or a business stay, it is suitable, I will choose here next time!"

"Have fluffy pillows, spacious room and toilet, very clean too. Location is near the railway station, so quite convenient. No air-conditioning, but luckily the nights were cooling. Windows were quite small to let the cool air in though."
