"Pro: Rooftop pool is exceptional (no shade area) and has a phenomenal view of Phnom Penh in all directions (albeit a bit of a hassle to get to), nice gym, very secure building, clothes washer on the balcony is great, great price for long stay, staff is very quick to help. Con: It took 4 rooms to get me one without an ant infestation - in the bed, on the couch, in the bathroom (Cambodian ants appear to love Colgate toothpaste), and all 4 rooms smelled like dried fish (Koreans and Chinese love this place). Look at your room and make sure it's okay... big difference in cleanliness of apartments."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Overall, a solid choice for both short and longer stays. Would stay here again"

"First, we checked in to a room the aircond was only blow warm air, and bathroom only provides one toothbrush. We then requested to change to another room. This second room the aircond is perfect except for room amenities, again there’s nothing provided except for towels. I have to request room service to refill what is necessary. Second and third day, they clean the room but without replace amenities. When I asked the cleaner, she told me I have to call to request. Anyway, I did not call to ask for replace shower cap, body lotion and facial cotton for the next 2 days. I personally felt that the hotel should provide and replace all basic amenities daily. First time I felt so disappointed after so many times stay here."

"Away from the town area, sitting on the quieter side of Phnom Penh. Good view of the Mekong River. There was a small kitchenette within the apartment that allowed basic cooking. The microwave was clean. The only drawback was the washing machine. The filter was not cleaned and made my clothes dirtier. See the pictures. Otherwise, it was perfect."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the service to the facilities, everything was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient with check-in. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. Every detail showed the hotel’s attention to quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. A special thanks to the staff for their thoughtful service throughout my stay—it truly made me feel at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the city and highly recommend it to other travelers."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Pros: The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind. Cons: I would have preferred to have a full-length mirror in the room, as it’s always helpful to check your outfit before heading out. It would also be nice to have a stand for my luggage instead of putting it directly on the floor, which can be inconvenient. One downside of the pool is the lack of privacy. There’s a restaurant located just one floor above, and it feels a bit awkward knowing that diners can see me swimming. It takes away from the relaxing vibe, as it feels like I'm part of their entertainment. Overall, while the pool is a highlight, some improvements could enhance the overall experience."

"The hotel is located in the old town, surrounded by many great restaurants. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also quite good. The biggest surprise was the complimentary late-night snack."

"The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!"

"Location is good with restaurants around the apartment. It is near Aeon Mall too. No issues with the cleanliness. Well maintained. Most set-breakfast were freshly cooked upon ordering, and we enjoyed delicious breakfast a the roof-top restaurant. Thumbs up for the customer service."
