"The executive room is exceptionally clean. It smells good too. Location is convenient as well only 5 mins from MTR station. It has a laundry room on the 2nd floor which free of charge. But you will need to buy detergent at front desk or prepared by yourself. Highly recommended!"

"Our room's kettle was not working, so we called the reception. Immediately, a housekeeping staff came to verify the matter, went to change the kettle and tested on the spot to ensure it was working. Thanks for responding quickly to our feedback. Another incident that struck us was we forgot to take disposable chopsticks for the cup noodles that were brought from a convenience store. I called the reception to request chopsticks but did not have them, instead asked if the fork was ok, I gladly said ok. The staff not only brought a fork but also a plate as well. It was thoughtful of her. Lastly, it will be good to inform about the walking space in the classic room, not just making a comparison between the bed and view before checking in. To me, I visualize the classic room as small but still have enough walking space for 2 people between the wall and bed. It was only after entering the room, I realized it was really small. I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms by doing the paperwork so decided to stay put in the classic room. Overall, we had a good stay. Thanks for remembering to give us different breakfast set daily. The last day was the best as the food was served to us warm."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️location = very near MTR, Bus, shop, supermarket, restaurant, atm, banking etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️cleanliness = very nice housekeeper with full service mind ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service = 24 hr of front desk in 1st floor (no water/ no hot water/ no toilet) ⭐️⭐️⭐️ amenities = everything is small & narrow (lift/ bed/ bathroom), no water, no refrigerator one day I came back to the hotel at the same time with group of tour, so long waiting of getting lift. Too many people and also their luggages can get in the lift only 2-3 persons per lift🤣"

"Great location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope. Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided. Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby."

"What a gem this place is. Good size rooms and very good storage. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. Free laundry machines is a huge plus. The location is 5 minute walk from the harbour and access to transit. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi and even lending us umbrellas. Highly recommend. One suggestion is if they could provide a few basic dishes and utensils, it would be even better."

"The room is very small, not recomend if you are 4 persons or more. The carpet in the room is not comfortable because it is itchy, maybe because already old. The only thing that i like about this hotel is the location. There is ichiran ramen above the hotel, close to mtr station and many more places in Mongkok."

"Everything is decent and proper. There isn't extra service and facilities other than the basic bed and bathroom. The only surprise is the interior design. I wish I could access the roof though."
