"Absolutely fantastic. A surprise upgrade got us so addicted that we have to book that huge room again. Was it a marketing strategy? But it worked. We loved the view, by day and by night. The room was like 1000sqft with washing machine, dishes etc. Extra toilet was nice. Didn't use the oven but was a nice touch. The cleaning lady was alway ready to assist. This is by far my favourite hotel in HK now. The breakfast was....omg exceeded my expectation....was a little crowded but still, the staff was helpful, polite and professional."

"Just a few steps away from the MTR station, this hotel offers great convenience for exploring the city. The complimentary shuttle service is a nice bonus — a great way to save some money on transportation! The breakfast buffet is decent, though it would be even better if they added more variety each day. One big plus is that shops and restaurants are located right within the hotel building, making dining and shopping super easy. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Hong Kong for both friends and families looking for comfort and convenience."

"The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Although somewhat old, the room I stayed in was clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast served also has lots of varieties. One thing to note is the hotel does not provide bottled water and toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. Photos shown are views from my room and also the waterfront which is within walking distance. All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant."

"I stay only 1 night, 20 mins from airport by Taxi (180 HKD for me) a bit difficult to travel by public transport from airport, but it is next to MTR station to go city. Room is big (i got upgraded to suit,) very big for HK size, over all is ok. No water in the room , need to buy. Good for family"

"I am satisfied with the hotel service and accommodation. The room they gave to me was the one i requested and it is at the highest floor with a nice city view. Room is spacious for a price in Hongkong. The best part was there was nearby 7/11, starbucks, restaurants, and very near wan chai station. The hotel seems old but clean and big. I would prolly stay here next time when i visit again Hongkong.😍😊🇭🇰"

The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony gave me a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee while watching the waves. The staff deserve special praise. They were kind, polite, and always smiling. They helped me with everything I needed, from arranging transportation to recommending local restaurants and activities. Their service felt genuine and personal, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. The food was fresh, especially the seafood, which was cooked to perfection. I loved having breakfast by the beach, enjoying the gentle breeze and the sound of seagulls. The buffet had a wide variety of choices, both local and international, and every dish tasted great. The facilities were also excellent — the pool was clean and had a great view of the sea, and the spa offered relaxing massages that made me feel completely renewed. Everything was well-maintained and clearly managed with care. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and top-quality service. "The hotel room is huge, AC is cold, no noises at night. The downside is that it’s a little far from TST and MTR (around 7-10 mins walk) but you can use shortcut through the park to TST. The staffs are very nice, they do room cleaning and give you new towels every day (we travel in 3 people and end up having 8 towels on check out day). The concierge is very helpful, we forget the luggage scale and we can borrow from them as well. Though the hotel is a bit too old and dated, you can see some tiny mold at the corner of bathroom, the carpet has lots of dust which isn’t good for people with allergies, and the elevators are too slow even though they have 2 sides of them but you’d wait forever during peak time. Overall 8/10 for me."

"A practical and efficient choice for business travelers cause the hotel is located in the industrial area. Its major advantage is the convenient 20-minute walk to Kwai Hing MTR station, perfect for travelers with light luggage. Service is standard —nothing exceptional. The room where i stayed was compact and clean."

"The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. The staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay with daily towel replacement, provided slippers, and fresh beddings upon request. Its greatest asset is the superb accessibility, with direct connectivity to both Moko Mall and the MTR Station."
