Very good location right next to MRT station.
Unfortunately I had some trouble getting in, because the owner did not response for several hours. But as I got a response everything worked very well and fast.
Room is very small, enough for a few nights. But the Bathroom is a bit too small. You do not know where to stand for showering…. Even though, still ok to have a stay with a bit privacy.

I've been staying in this hotel for 4 nights. And I could say that this is the best option when you are budget-travel like me. I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the staff here was nice to me. Also, i had such a nice view on skyscrapers! I had no struggle at finding this hotel. It is located at section C, floor 8. If I want to visit Hong Kong once again, I'll definitely stay in this hotel!

This was a huge improvement over my first two nights in hong kong tsim Sha tsui district. The room layout (twin bed) made sense and offered room to do more. The bathroom was spacious for what to expect in the mansions district. Previously, at naruto, the bathroom was unnegotiable as a huge structural column divided the bathroom and made for an impossible showering experience. And their rooms were claustrophobic. Maple leaf provided just enough extra space to make it a much better experience. The underneath bed storage is also excellent in the twin beds room as is the multiple windows which help give a sense of day. Try to get a window if you can. The shared space between rooms was generous and felt I had an addition to the room itself. Even though I didn't use it, they offer up a refrigerator in case you need to chill anything. And the beds were very comfortable... Especially compared with the naruto, which were hard as can be. Chongqing mansions, where this is, is like a small town in itself and many late night options for your needs.

Location is good and convenient with lots of food nearby. There is water for refilling, basic amenities and housekeeping. However, cleanliness was not the best as there were food crumbs from the previous guest left on the floor when i first entered. The walls are extremely thin, I can even hear my neighbours fart and cough, because of that my sleep was disrupted every few hours — and I am a heavy sleeper.

It is in Mirador Mansion on Nathan Road, very close to Chungking Mansions. Friends who mind it should go to another place. This is considered the downtown area of Tsim Sha Tsui, surrounded by shopping malls for convenient shopping, and it is very convenient to go to Mong Kok and Victoria Harbor. However, the building is very old, the room is very small, and the facilities are simple. There are some very small and old shops on the first floor, which seem to be opened by Arabs. It is not clear where they are from. It may be because the rent here is cheap, but there is a feeling of mixed personnel. The hotel receptionist does not speak Mandarin, and Chinese people communicate with Chinese people in English. Uh...

I usually stay here when visiting Hong Kong because it's a great value compared to other places within this price range. I enjoyed my stay here once again. The staff is very kind, helpful and has a fantastic service attitude. Airy Stay is also very centrally located and convenient for exploring the city. My room was always clean and had all the basics one would need. I also liked that there's a nice terrace, common area and washing machines for guests to use. All this is offered at a competitive price so the cost-effectiveness is good (considering it's Hong Kong). I recommend staying here if you need a central and clean place, are traveling on a basic budget and are okay if the soundproofing isn't perfect.

GGuest UserHong Kong has a lot of money, so the room is a bit small, but it's still very clean, and the landlady does the cleaning herself. The transportation is very convenient. About 20 meters to the right of the Huayuan Building entrance is the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit C2. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Victoria Harbour, the Avenue of Stars is just a few minutes walk away, it’s really great!

YYusuf UsmanovThe location was near perfect—super close to the bus station near Nathan Rd, so basically super easy to access while using the bus.
The room was neat and clean—the bed was comfy and big, the AC worked perfectly, and all electronic outlets worked flawlessly. A foldable table is placed within the room, and there is space underneath the bed to store suitcases. The shower worked fine, and the towels were clean.
Just beware that the rooms are not too soundproof.
The hotel is located on the fifth floor of the building, and the elevator is a bit slow and usually takes quite some time to get to and from the ground floor.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here once again if I were to visit Hong Kong again solo.

Conveniently located along Nathan Road with MTR and Airport Shuttle within the area in less than 3mins walk! Do take a bigger room if you prefer more space as rooms in HK is generally small. Very nice and kind owner who offered me to wash my laundry if I wanted before I depart! Would definitely stay here again if I go back!

GGuest UserThe location is great. The bus to the airport is just across the place. There are many restaurants around. The staff cleans the hallways everyday. There's a water refilling area in front of the reception. There are 2 lifts. There are many stalls selling stuff on the ground level. I felt safe here during our entire stay.
But the toilet bowl clogged many times so we had to use a pump many times. The AC was hot We couldn't find the remote control so we thought that it was centrally managed. During the first few nights it was ok because of the cold weather. But during the warm weather, for two nights, we opened the windows for us to sleep well. Also, the shower cream needed replacement because it's not foamy anymore.
There's an upgrade of the room for a fee because the room that I reserved is too small for 2 persons. But I think we need not pay for the extra hotel fees(I'm not sure of the name, what I am sure was it's already included in my previous prepaid booking).
Overall, the place is worth the price.

Room space is very small but affordable if you stay just a few days. The building itself is very old but it was clean. Convenient place for solo travelers or couples but not for families and children at all.

AAnonymous UserThe lady there is super nice - great hostess and such a warm person! Facilities were decent, there is a TV and they provide toothbrush, towel albeit things were kinda old and run down. Nicely sized room and bed. Blanket is just a thin cover though, there is no duvet. Everything seemed clean EXCEPT the floors had dirt and dust, so I had to wear shoes inside the room.

SSuibianqugewangminglaIt was too late when I checked in. I was tired after walking around the city for a day. The water heater didn't heat up, so I just washed and slept. I didn't have the energy to contact the administrator again. The quilt looks a little yellow, but everything else is okay. There is an air-conditioning TV and a separate bathroom. The downstairs is full of shops owned by Southeast Asians, selling everything. Outside the building is the bustling city, and many famous attractions are just a ten-minute walk away. The 1881 Mansion and Victoria Harbor are both popular, and the Space Museum is also nearby. It is worth bringing children. As soon as I go
