Phuket Hotels with Breakfast

"Really great hotel! It's beachfront (first line) and a corner hotel in the bay. There are no sun loungers on the beach directly in front of the hotel, but the view is magnificent. The sunsets are incredible! We had a room on the ground floor with direct pool access – wow, highly recommend it! Housekeeping was fine, and breakfast was good with a decent variety. They provided 4 bottles of water every day. It was clean and tidy. There are pools, but we rarely swam in them. It was super convenient to relax on the hotel grounds on the sun loungers and then just walk over for a swim in the sea. Nearby, there's an amazing market (the best on Phuket), and a 7/11 is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride away. The staff were polite."

"The facilities of this hotel are fantastic and the location is good for the market and water park. However, the service was really disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded from a studio to a one bed which sounded great. However, the only difference between the rooms was an additional privacy screen which was stiff and difficult to move as well as being covered in smears and dirty. When we booked the hotel we were excited about the amenities including the free fitness classes. The QR code to book this took me to a link to pay for them so I messaged reception on the WhatsApp which they had informed could be used for “any questions”. The reception couldn’t help and didn’t give any advice other than go to the gym - we were on our way out and the class was at 9am the next day so we ran up there. There were no staff in the gym and the restaurant staff also couldnt advise as to where the staff were. We then walked down to reception for advice again - they told us go to the gym, we said we had done this and they then said wait until the class and just show up as they didn’t know the process to book. As a hotel that advertised the fascilities and gym classes it’s quite shocking that the reception wouldn’t be able to advise on the booking system - it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to help. Given the class was at 9am I didn’t want to just turn up in case there wasn’t space. After 10 mins back and forth they conceded and radio up to the gym and ask a staff member to be there. We then go up there again and the gym staff member ALSO didn’t know the proper booking process. Eventually they took our email addresses to add us to the list. This took an unnecessarily long time with a lot of run around and staff that really didn’t want to help us/know the internal processes - these are things I would expect any hotel staff to know as a minimum. We were originally looking at coming back to stay for a month or so in their apartments as the price is great however, the poor service and lack of knowledge of processes has meant that this hotel has lost a potential repeat customer."

"Honestly it was the best price-quality hotel. It is small and cozy hotel with a pool access from the room. It takes 8-10 minutes to get to the best beach in south Phuket Nai Harn beach. More than satisfied with staying at this hotel. Stuff was really lovely and helped us couple times! Thank you!"

"Everything was nice, the location and everything was perfect, the only issue was the wifi, constantly disconnecting and sometimes we cant even find it, kind of frustrating, but overall its good, there’s a 7/11 right outside the building, easy to grab a midnight snack"

"When we arrive around noon time, room is not ready, we wait for 3hrs and the receptionist said free ug to deluxe room, but after 3 hrs, we got the room with Twins bed (originally booked king bed)on the ground floor, room facing to the renovation site. Then, we change to a new room with King but without upgrade and no apologize. The ventilation of the toilet is not good. The water pressure of the showerhead is low. The housekeeping put our cloths on the lamp shade after cleaning. The room was noisy at midnight due to restaurant downstairs boardcast the music with the speaker. The people walk by the corridor also noisy. The pillows are not comfortable too."

"I recently stayed at 77 Patong Hotel & Spa in Phuket for three days and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value for money. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. They were always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist whenever needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool where guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring Phuket. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and comfortable. "We love Karon Beach, and the kids absolutely loved the water slides! This hotel has two fantastic slides that kept our kids (10 and 14 years old) entertained for hours. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, massage parlors, and a promenade nearby – everything you need is right at your fingertips. The hotel is a good, straightforward four-star property. The breakfast was a bit repetitive, but everyone always found enough to eat. As mentioned in previous reviews, the grounds are indeed very densely built up and furnished, but there was still plenty of space, including sun loungers. Upon check-in, the kids were given a map and had to find various locations to collect stamps. Once they returned to reception, they received a small gift. This was a brilliant idea because it immediately familiarized the kids with the hotel's layout, so they knew exactly where everything was. The rooms are a bit cramped. We booked a room with two king-size beds, but we were given one with a child's bunk bed. Our older child (14 years old) is very tall (187 cm), so the bed was too small for him. However, we decided to keep the room ourselves and didn't bother changing because our view was of the pool, while the alternative view was of a fence. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it lives up to its rating and is perfect for families with children. The staff are polite and cheerful."

"The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel food offers great value for money. Breakfast is extensive, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming!
