"The room is beautiful, especially the pool – booking this hotel because of it was definitely the right choice. The front desk staff member was very enthusiastic, but the staff weren't always at the front desk. When we checked out from the third floor, we couldn't find anyone, and even calling Trip.com didn't connect us. We had to carry our luggage down ourselves, which would be quite inconvenient for a woman with a large suitcase. The nightclubs near the hotel are really loud at night, making it unsuitable for rest. Even with doors and windows closed, the noise still gets through, though the hotel does provide earplugs. Public facilities include a microwave and washing machine, but both the washing machine and detergent cost money, I recall 20 baht each."

"The staff here are all so attentive and kind! The hotel is super close to Bangla Road, just over 200 meters away. We didn't have any plans, but the staff were incredibly helpful with their recommendations. We even booked two tours with them and had a blast! The bathrooms were spotless. The staff were always around to assist. There's a co-working space, a lounge area, a drinks station, and a small pool area on the 5th floor. I honestly think this place is fantastic. The AC was a bit chilly, but I understand it's because most of the guests are from Europe. I don't usually take many photos of hotels, but overall, this one was excellent! If you're Thai, they're even happier to have you stay – they really look after you well."

"The hotel has a great location, right next to a 7-Eleven. You can catch the airport bus right in front of the hotel. It seems like the hotel was recently renovated, as most of the amenities are quite new. The bed is super comfortable, the pillows are soft, and the AC is very cold. The Wi-Fi is strong, and the TV is a good size. All the staff, both at the front desk and housekeeping, provided excellent service. It's great value for money. My only minor feedback is regarding cleanliness: the towels were quite linty, and the water pressure in the bathroom was low; maybe the showerhead needs to be replaced. Overall, it's good, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"Good location, spacious room and cleaning was done every day with water replenished. There's even menu to order in at lobby and cup noodles , and drinks etc on sales , which makes it very convenient. Extra point would be the microwave to use to heat food up. Cute little hand drawn map on Phuket Old Town too!
Less than 10 mins walk from Central Festival and a 7/11l within walking distance. Free car park available inside premise for those driving.
We added one extra bed for 500 baht per night but bed was quite hard and slightly shorter.
Good value , and will be a good option if you are just looking for a good night stay with central location."

The hotel is located next to the Banzaan Night Market, and the surrounding life is convenient. It is a two-minute walk from the Muay Thai Stadium, a 7-minute walk from the Bar Street, less than one kilometer from Patong Beach, and only one minute walk from Jungceylon.
"The hotel was even better that I expected for its price. Super clean room! Nice comfy bed, big balcony, water and coffee. Yes it is a bit loud but come on... it is Patong, so for me was not a big issue.
But only one thing is really poor. Aircon almost doesn't work. I mean it works but doesn't do it's job - not cooling down. So unfortunately it was super hot at night.
And eys, no elevator. But not a big deal"

"This was the best hotel we stayed at during our month-long journey around Phuket, Krabi, and the surrounding areas! Yes, it's a bit far from the center and tucked away in a cul-de-sac with no entertainment venues nearby – it's QUIET! And for Patong, that's an undeniable advantage!!!
Our room was on the fifth floor, offering a magnificent view of the city! It felt like being on an observation deck.
The room itself was spacious! Housekeeping came every single day without us even needing to ask. Fresh linens and towels daily! There's a small balcony behind the room for smoking. And a pool! We didn't try it, but it's there, which is nice.
We really, really loved it! And the price... For three nights, it was an unprecedented bargain, 1500 per day. For later dates, it was already twice as expensive."

"A small, cozy hotel in a residential area. It's located a bit further from the sea, but there's a free shuttle to the nearest beaches (Bagn Tao and Surin) and shopping areas (Porto de Phuket, Boat Avenue, Lotus, markets), and even massages. Pickup is by WhatsApp message. Shuttle service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can also rent bikes here. The nearest 7/11 is an 8-minute walk away. The rooms are very clean, cleaned daily, and towels are changed. The latex pillows are very comfortable. Everything you need is included in the room. Beach towels are available by the pool. There's no deposit required. The staff is friendly and helpful (they spoke English), and they'll always give you advice on what and where. You can order breakfast. Coffee is made at reception. The pool is small. There's currently construction next to the hotel (noisy from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). But in the evenings and mornings, it was nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the mountains. The mosque is nearby, and we can hear the services, but it didn't bother us. Overall, it's a very pleasant hotel. We would return, despite the distance and the construction."

"If you can stay in a hotel, don't bother with an Airbnb. Airbnbs have too many rules. We paid over 400 baht a night, which isn't cheap. First, there's no elevator, so hauling luggage was a pain. Second, the cleaning wasn't great. The first time, they didn't even mop, and the second time, the bathroom floor wasn't mopped either. I think they only cleaned twice in total, though it was our fault for not leaving the card outside the door for cleaning. Cleaning is from 9 am to 4 pm, and you have to pay extra outside those hours. Later, when we stayed in a hotel in Bangkok for around 300 baht, the experience was much better. I'm definitely not staying in an Airbnb again. Even though it's close to Helen Beach, it's still about a 15-minute walk, so you still need a taxi. The taxi fare starts at around 200 or 250 baht. It's also a good 10-minute walk to the bus stop, and with luggage, you'd still need a taxi. Not good value for money, maybe I'm just too poor."

"Everything was great, as long as your room wasn't facing the street with the bar. Our family room, unfortunately, was. But we were tired enough that it was bearable.
They were stingy with the toilet paper, and didn't restock it often, so we ended up buying our own.
The beach was a quick 5-10 minute walk away. Laundry facilities were right across from the hotel at the massage parlor.
The staff were wonderful and always tried to be helpful.

22morrowsworldMy initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later).
But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform.
Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this.
A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq !
Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste.
Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong
There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine.
Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

AAnna GolovkoThe hotel has an excellent location, with 24-hour shops, a shopping center, and the Old Town all within a 5-7 minute walk.
The hotel itself is very comfortable and modern. I stayed in a female-only dorm room, which had its own shower. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned with fresh water provided every day 👍🏻
The only downside was that after a while, two Chinese women checked into the room. Not only were they constantly very noisy, regardless of the time of day, but they also left a mess literally everywhere, even though it would have been easy for them to clean up after themselves. (I'm mentioning this because many Chinese here complain about Europeans, yet they don't notice such behavior from themselves, which is quite sad.)
However, this doesn't reflect on the hotel itself, which I really liked 😊

AAnonymous User********* the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

FfionazhiqinThe location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. At night, there is live singing downstairs, sometimes quite late. Not sure if it’s only on certain days, but light sleepers should take note.
The bed space is fairly spacious, and each bed comes with 4 hangers, a small lockable box for valuables, and access to large luggage lockers. However, there is only one power outlet per bed. My room has 8 beds in total and a small common area, though it feels a bit unmanaged and more like a storage space.
On the 1st floor, guests can use a fridge, water dispenser, microwave, and enjoy free snacks like biscuits, bananas, coffee, and tea. The shower area is on the 3rd floor, which is convenient, but the water pressure is weak, and the toiletries are quite basic.
Overall, this is a budget-friendly hostel in a good location, suitable if you don’t mind some noise and simple facilities.

DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

Aalexmc13Overall, it was good. The location is nice, the hostel itself is a bargain, other than that, we had one accident with our room that required us to pay additional 1000 bath for a broken window, that has fallen by itself out of our room 🙂🙂
They’ve told us that we were in the room, so we’re responsible for it. Other than that, great service
overall be careful in thailand and always film for proof, not to get into accidents🌹

GGuest UserGreat for couples! The price was really affordable, and the shower area had plenty of partitions, which was a nice touch – no awkward moments. The common area was a bit small, but it was usually empty, so I had it all to myself, which was lovely.

EEvgenii KolginIt's funny)) I didn't see a room like mine in anyone's photos. I didn't even have a bed, just a mattress on the floor, or rather two mattresses, since it was apparently a double room. But I was just off the plane and didn't care; I was glad I was alone. The staff was polite, they gave me earplugs, but I didn't use them; I couldn't hear the bar very well. In the morning, some guys were loudly packing up things in the hallway, constantly dropping things; there's no respect for them. The hotel is fine for an overnight stay.

EEkaterina.TI really like that hostel and booked it for the second time. The place is the best, everything is really near. I lived in the room for 6. Beds are private, clean and comfortable
I have to notice: due to the air con timetable it may be really hot inside the room from 10 to 16, like 30+ degrees. Actually I'm ok with it, but for someone it can be difficult
The shower is good, there is hot water, it's clean and I haven't seen any insects at all. One bed is really near the toilet, but I had a different one
I also liked the kitchen, common balcony and pool zone. Noone actually uses it, but it's lovely to sit near
I only have one complain: phone is not working, I couldn't contact reception. Once I forgot my key (my bad, but) and had to wait 5 hours outside until someone comes. I think someone should be available on the phone for emergencies. I checked if the phone available the next day, but it wasn't
