James Bond Concert Spectacular
is the world’s finest and most critically acclaimed tribute to the music of James Bond.
Celebrating more than 20 years as the first original and pioneering Bond concert, they are known for their stirring emotional and adrenaline-fueled performances, mixed in with superb musicianship and flair. Indeed, every fan club around the world recognises them as the best and finest performances of the songs since the originals.
Focusing not only on theme songs, the show also pays homage to the complete canon covering chase music, incidental cues and suites from across the series.
Some of the most notable praise has come from hugely influential Bond related stars including:
Five-time Bond composer David Arnold: “They do a phenomenal job”
Former James Bond actor George Lazenby: “They did John Barry proud”
Sir Roger Moore’s Office (following his official Memorial at Pinewood Studios): “They helped make a wonderful day an extraordinary day”
Steven Saltzman (son of legendary founding Bond producer Harry Saltzman): “You did my Dad proud”
Even The Times national newspaper raved about their performance in a 4-star review of their West End debut: “It’s hard to imagine this music being served better. Simply stunning.”
Becoming synonymous with the top Bond events around the world, in 2019 they performed at an event with George Lazenby: the 50th anniversary event for On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, held at Piz Gloria in the Swiss Alps. In 2017 they had the honour to provide the music at Sir Roger Moore’s official memorial event at Pinewood Studios. Appearing in London’s West End multiple times they have sold out several of the most prestigious venues to huge critical acclaim.
The show features all the Bond songs such as Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever, Live and Let Die and Nobody Does It Better - performed by musicians taken from the UK’s leading orchestras, sessions and shows. Caroline Bliss, who played Moneypenny in The Living Daylights and Licence To Kill, will guide you through the concert as compere, sharing the odd anecdote about her time working in this legendary series.
With stunning singing, an informative compere, and a show full of iconic tunes performed to an unparalleled level of detail it really is a night of the highest quality guaranteed. As the only James Bond concert created by die-hard Bond fans,

TechNExt25 Main Stage | Crowne Plaza Newcastle - Stephenson Quarter
Jun 16, 2025 (UTC+1)ENDED
Spruce Valley Township
TechNExt festival is a celebration of the North East's thriving technology sector.
Through a mixture of curated and community designed fringe events, TechNExt will serve as a showcase of the diversity, achievements and breadth of the tech sector in the North East. The festival aims to help drive the message that the North East is a region that is passionate about supporting, developing and growing its tech sector for the benefit of everyone.
Main Stage Conference - Monday 16 June (8.45am - 1.15pm) - Crowne Plaza, Newcastle
This year we are kicking off TechNExt25 with our Main Stage Conference. This half day event will feature a single stream of thought provoking conference talks from leaders in technology and related industries. Visit our website for more information.
Lunch is provided, and as part of our Good Festival Ambition, please note that all catering at this event will be vegetarian. All additional dietary requirements will also be catered for, please state your needs on the booking form.
Good Festival Ambition
The festival is planned as a Good Festival with ‘for good’ being a core value running through everything. This will ensure a focus on quality, inclusivity, diversity, accessibility, and sustainability.
As part of this ambition, we are offering a buddy system where attendees can select the option to be met by a friendly face from the TechNExt team or wider community on arrival. Your buddy would help you feel comfortable at the event perhaps by chatting over a coffee on arrival, introducing you to new faces, or help you understand more about the content of the event and what's planned that day. You can apply for a 'buddy' through the ticket purchase process.
We are also committed to minimising the impact of our events on the environment. We work closely with our clients, venues, suppliers and delegates to reduce the impact of our activity wherever possible. Last year, the festival's carbon from curated events was 7.49 tCO2e and we decided, as an ethical offset, to donate the equivalent carbon credit value to a North East environmental charity, Groundwork North East & Cumbria for their nature-based solutions programme. More measures will be intoduced this year, tracking the festival's carbon footprint once again, leading us to further reduce our impact and become carbon neutral in future years.
You will be asked to complete some questions about your planned travel which will help us create the carbon footprint for the festival.
Refunds
Please note our ticket refund policy below:
Up to 12 weeks before the event starts - full refund
More than 8 weeks before the event starts, but less than 12 weeks - 50% refund

Sheena Kalayil in conversation with Judith Reynolds - Newcastle | Waterstones
Jun 27, 2025 (UTC+1)ENDED
Spruce Valley Township
Introducing The Others and Sheena Kalayil
It is 1989, and in a small Baltic city in East Germany, the Deutsche Demokratische Republik, three young people from vastly different backgrounds become friends. Armando is a factory worker from Mozambique, Lolita is a medical student from India, and Theo is an East Berliner who dreams of being a writer.
While a quiet revolution sweeps through Eastern Europe, and the Berlin Wall teeters, the three find themselves entangled in a poignant love triangle which threatens their futures.
Sheena will be in conversation with Judith Reynolds. Judith is a lecturer at Newcastle University where she researches the migration experience and how it impacts on cultural and linguistic identity.Praise for The Others
“An expert novel, The Others is superbly organized, with a steady, tense air of suspense, fine and persuasive emotion, and, above all, truly rich characters alive in a real history. The last pages produced in me a gasp of amazement.”– Jonathan Lethem, Author of 'Motherless Brooklyn', National Book Critics Circle Award winner
